Exchange & Return Policy
We want your shopping experience to be effortless and comfortable. To give you flexibility, we offer two simple options:
Option 1: Try Upon Delivery
You may open your package in the presence of the courier and try on your items.
If something doesn’t feel right, you can return the package immediately with the courier.
In this case, only the shipping fees will be charged.
Option 2: Return or Exchange Within 2 Days
If you prefer to try your order later, you may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your package.

Kindly include your order number and a clear photo of the items in their original packaging with tags attached.
A courier will be arranged to collect your order. Please ensure the items are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging, undamaged
A collection shipping fee will apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed with either:
- Sending your exchanged item, or
- Processing your refund
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned items are received and verified to be in original condition.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund amount to be processed and transferred.
Shipping Fees
If the return/exchange shipping fee is not paid directly to the courier, it will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Important Notice
We are unable to accept any return or exchange requests after 2 days from the delivery date.
