Exchange & Return Policy

We want your shopping experience to be easy and comfortable, so we offer two options:

1. Try Upon Delivery

You may open your package and try on your items in the presence of the courier.

If you decide not to keep your order, you can return it immediately with the courier. In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.

2. Exchange or Return Within 2 Days

You may request an exchange or return within 2 days of receiving your order by contacting us through social media or email at guzalmodest2023@gmail.com.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the items in their original packaging with tags attached

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition

• With all tags attached

• In their original packaging

A collection shipping fee will apply.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned items have been received and approved. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be transferred.

Any unpaid return or exchange shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Notes

• Return or exchange requests made after 2 days of delivery cannot be accepted.

• Exchanges are allowed once per order only.

• Please ensure you are available for pickup within 2 days of your request approval.

• Requests not completed within this timeframe will be automatically canceled and cannot be reopened or processed again.
